Stay could have been any better, the staff were amazingly helpful and courteous. The room excellently appointed. This would be my first choice for a return visit.

Great stay! So well located we were able to walk to every attraction we had planned for this trip. And the staff… wow… from the bellhop Jose, Charlie’s welcoming face at the front desk and, Joual always delivering our room service with a smile on his face. Honestly, the staff at IHG Boston is top notch! The room was spacious and clean, we had full control of the HVAC, the internet was not spotty topped by an excellent view of the Boston Tea Party Museum!

Hotel was conveniently located in a short walking distance to many attractions and sights. It was also very close to the south station which has services that take you directly to the airport for free- otherwise the uber rides are very short/close to the airport as well. We would often walk back later at night and felt very safe. Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly- I’ve never had anything but great service from intercontinental hotels.
