Overall, the property was very clean and well‑kept, though there was a strong odor we couldn’t quite pinpoint. A little air freshener helped, but it was still noticeable. The in‑unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver after our 14‑day road trip, and the location couldn’t have been better—only about a five‑minute walk to Broadway. Check‑in was the only real hiccup. We never received the building access code or clear instructions, so getting inside was confusing. Thankfully, someone let us in, and a person in the lobby pointed us to a kiosk where we were able to check in and get our keys. Just note that this isn’t a traditional hotel and there’s no front desk. Aside from the check‑in situation, our stay was smooth and enjoyable.

Excellent location, comfortable room, and a great restaurant and coffee bar. However, the valet parking service was disappointing. A pen mark was left on the leather interior of my car, and resolving the issue was frustrating because the valet service is operated by a third-party company, making communication inefficient.

The entire experience at Noelle was awesome. Great location. Great facility. Great amenities. Great history!

There were small bugs in the floor and running behind the bathroom mirror. Being able to exit the building and reenter the building is very inconvenient to say the least. The sliding doors to our bedroom would not slide shut. The whole feel of the place was like a newly renovated prison. I would never stay here again.

Online this looked like the perfect place for a girls weekend. Unfortunately there was mold in the showers and it really looks like it's just not being well maintained. The beds were extremely comfy and the location was great. It's a good price, but the online pictures definitely make is look nicer than it is...
