Damp, pnoisy all night and the pillows smelled like an old man!

It was clean, quiet, and the staff was helpful with our needs. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was the blinds in the loft. They were not the black out kind. This is a personal preference for me. I like the room pitch black when I go to bed! Maybe I'll bring one of those eye mask for sleeping on my next visit.

I liked our room was clean and was nice. Felt safe. Cons. The internet went out on dY 2 of our 7daystay. O one was able to fix it. After two days said a tech was finally on site, but no qorkteuck and we never saw the h on property or in the area and we were in and out most of the days. Our front TV went outmtiple times. Had front desk command check it out. He was super helpful. Our 2 d issue was the gym area. It smelled horrible and we both decided we could not be in the room for any length of time due to the odor. They had a fan blowing in there but didn't help. If those 2 issues were fixed or had not happened, we would have scored much higher. If local management was getting run around from internet company, a member of corporate should have been contacted and immediately stepped in to resolve this as its a business and was taking out your bottom dollar and ruining customer experiences.

Don’t get catfished by the pictures or fooled by the 4 star rating of this hotel. The facility is well overdue for a renovation. Rooms are smaller and more dated than they look in the pictures. Overall I was very disappointed in this location- musty, stained carpet, cramped rooms, AC that sounds like it’s on its last leg. Ice machine rooms were out of service and the staff in the lobby needed fans since the lobby ac didn’t work by the front desk. This poor review is only based on the state of the facility itself. The staff was very helpful and understanding and they too deserve updated facilities to work in. I definitely overpaid for my 2 night stay since I would consider this a 2-2.5 star hotel. If I’m passing through the area again in the future, I will find a different option for my stay.

Great quick stay in Huntsville. Great area with great staff specifically Robert at the front desk helpfulness and giving tips on places to eat and go.
