“Clean room nice staff”

“The AC was not working the first night. Was fixed by the next evening. The toilet bowl was leaking. I reported it but it was not fixed during our stay. There were small roaches in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a very limited selection to choose from.”

“Staff were excellent; very helpful and friendly.”

“There was a distinct smell of cat urine, they have a non refundable policy and my room was close to the kitchen so lots of staff noise and plumbing noise. My meal was very substandard and most food looked very starchy.”

“Expected a modest place with few amenities. Lots of things not working in room. Ok place nothing special.”
