Overall very nice. Friendly staff but front desk at times was unmanned. Other than the towel rack there was no place in bathroom to hang anything. Unable to lower A/C temperature below a set level.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast buffett was lovely and our room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The only advice I have for management is to ensure the WIFI is fast with no buffering from all rooms. However this was not a major issue for us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly for young couples and business travelers.

Nice stay in Apia. Nice bar, eating area overlooking the pool. Pool area pretty quiet so was enjoyable to relax and go for a swim to cool off! Hotel room was comfortable. Nice beds and pillows for good nights sleep! Aircon was much needed and appreciated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our only downside of the stay was eating in the restaurant. We only ate dinner there once but starters and mains were brought out together, and the mains (fish & chips) were already cold. We ended up having to send it back as it wasn't nice. The staff did then serve up a fresh dish which was appreciated. Overall a really nice stay!
