Extremely welcoming team at Lava Hotel, they really take care of everyone. Even when they were extremely busy they managed everything with a smile, the food and drinks were delicious and the room and pool area are all lovely. Highly recommend for any business or leisure stay.

Special thanks to Lava’s manager, the white lady… she’s very sweet and kind. That’s the type of person who can make you feel special about yourself. She’s very welcoming and polite, I wish her the best of health with her baby to be. I will definitely stay at Lava Hotel again.

The room service was top tier as well as the customer service was top notch. The only thing I would recommend, is being able to adjust the temperature on the aircon to be a bit lower than 22 Celsius As unfortunately it wasn’t cold enough in the hotel room. Another factor I would recommend fixing, would be the glitching on the Channels on the TV
