“The AC was not working the first night. Was fixed by the next evening. The toilet bowl was leaking. I reported it but it was not fixed during our stay. There were small roaches in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a very limited selection to choose from.”

“There was a distinct smell of cat urine, they have a non refundable policy and my room was close to the kitchen so lots of staff noise and plumbing noise. My meal was very substandard and most food looked very starchy.”

“Extremely welcoming team at Lava Hotel, they really take care of everyone. Even when they were extremely busy they managed everything with a smile, the food and drinks were delicious and the room and pool area are all lovely. Highly recommend for any business or leisure stay.”

Pretty tasteless to be honest. Only booked with them because it was mentioned by Tautai A'e. Dont think we would stay there again.”
