“In a perfect location for our exploration of Northumberland.The room we had was excellent. Although situated on the busy A1 the room was very quiet as it was at the back of the building.We couldn’t hear any traffic noise at all. The staff were absolutely fantastic.Really friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent and it was also good to be able to pick up sandwiches and snacks from the attached coffee shop for days when we were out exploring. We will definitely stay here again.”

“This accommodation is very well located in the Kelso town square and within easy walking distance to pubs, cafes and restaurants.The bakery to the left of the front door is outstanding for home cooked morning rolls and beautiful cakes. Apartment 1 is spacious, clean and has everything you need despite the furnishings being a bit dated. Note this accommodation may not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the stairs to all rooms. This is a great base for trips to Lindisfarne,Bamburgh...
