The hotel had a lot of food options, and the location was great. The pool was super nice and well-kept. The check-in and out process takes forever, though. It took us over 1.5 hrs to check in, and the line was massive. The staff was so rude that we had to call Expedia to help fix it. On the way home, I did not want to use Express checkout because there were incorrect charges on my card. They claimed to "not show" on their charge list, but were on my card. I am now disputing this with Visa. Great property, but terrible staff and customer service.
