No housekeeping service- even just making the bed or taking out trash, or bringing new towels, long wait at check-in, no coffee maker, guest services does not help- just selling timeshares, when you need a towel, it takes them over two hours to bring one. AC wouldn't run. Stay elsewhere.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and had everything you need. The pool was nice and relaxing. Hot tub was great. The restaurant on property was great. Most of all the staff are just amazing!!!! I felt comfortable and safe there and would definitely stay there again.
