“This hotel was unclean and due to the issues below we chose not to stay at the hotel and instead to book somewhere else in the area at the last minute. Upon arrival we noticed issues with our room, which was room 3. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and damp patches in the main ceiling. We had been given a fan to cope with the heat however this was laced eith centimetres of heavy, thick dust making the conditions in the room unpleasant. “Great hotel with lovely, well-maintained gardens and plenty of parking available. Staff were very friendly and helpful; breakfast was good with a wide selection of options. Good sized rooms with view of the garden; bathroom was clean and good quality toiletries were provided, but would benefit from an upgrade.”

“Lovely hotel, just on outskirts of Llangollen. We stayed one night and walked on to Llangollen in about 15 mins. Staff were lovely.”
