“We lost our train and could not check in before 6pm, they allowed us to check in late it was amazing. But I believe they need to comunicate that the place where they want u to check-in at is almost 40 min walking from the property. Also, there were no buses so we had to walk all the way to the train station with our suitcases. Besides the transportation issue, it was super clean and beautiful.”

“Checkin war zäh, da an dem Tag das Mailsystem des Hotels nicht funktioniert hat und man somit ohne jegliche Information da stand. Kommunikation über Whatsapp ist finde ich kein Lösung, es gibt genug Leute die kein Whatsapp nutzen oder nutzen dürfen”

“Wir waren mit Hund herzlich willkommen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmergröße war gut, alles war sauber, ordentlich und vorhanden. Die Betten waren etwas hart. Das Frühstücksbuffet war phänomenal! Direkt vorm Hotel ist die Bushaltestelle und man ist in gut einer Stunde in der Innenstadt. Aber auch das Umland des Hotels hat einiges zu bieten, z.B. die Alster als kleines Spazier- und Wandergebiet. Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat man im Hotel selbst eigentlich kaum...
