“Buena atención ”

“Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel The condition of this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The carpet looked filthy, as if there were dog urine stains everywhere, which made the room feel disgusting. The walls were beat up, the curtains were torn, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again, even if it were my last option. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money somewhere else....

“Exelente servicio, amabilidad del personal, muy limpio, habitaciones hermosas amplias ropa de cama suave, realmente me senti muy bien en este hotel con mi familia”

“Best price in town, discounts the longer you stay. Centered in a good location in town.”

“La atención es excelente pero se mira mucha gente en los balcones fumando y platicando hasta tarde ”

“I like the American Inn however after building heat went out, then power went out, and I saw a mouse in my room, I am going to try a different hotel on my next trip in Elko.”
