“Excellent hotel”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had a strong musty smell and was very dark even with all lights on.”

“We cancelled our return stay in August. We were not fans. Shampoo bottle was half full. Bathroom counter was dirty. Front desk was not helpful and could not move us to the first floor since we had booked through a third party. Don’t recommend”

“We stayed at the Paradise Inn for an overnight trip in Pensacola. Let’s just say I’m glad we were only staying one night… The room itself was clean, but the facilities are very old and cheap. You get a tiny room with NO seating besides the bed. Each room has a couple of chairs and an ash tray outside the room. There are very old looking window AC units for all the rooms that give the whole place a cheap feel. Our shower curtain was stained with something that looked like black grease or paint...
