The room was exactly what we needed for our stay. My son absolutely loved the breakfast every morning. The pool was very clean and we while we were out there everyone was very nice and friendly,plenty of towels for everyone. I will highly recommend this place!

This motel may not be a five star resort but let me tell you if you want to save cost on your vacation this is one way to do it it's within walking distance of harbor walk an McGuires an they have a decent breakfast rooms were clean has a pool an the best part for me was they actually offer smoking rooms as a smoker that right their was worth the stay an for non smokers they have non smoking rooms as well keep in mind it's not the ritz Carlton but price an location is key

You can tell the room isn’t deep cleaned or it is lazily looked at. Coffee machine was crusty, there was unswept debris and dirt by the bed, shower had a curly dark hair and some stains, the hotel room also had a weird odor. I stayed for 3 nights- overall the pricing reflects the condition of the room. Location is great

Location was great right across the street from the Destin nightlife. Older hotel remodeled. I could see they put a lot of money into landscaping with some beautiful plants but the only complaint was there was pieces of trash around the property. Around s are clean and pretty nice. We spend a lot of time in the pool area and it's pretty nice too but could be a little cleaner. The breakfast was the regular hotel stuff in the coffee was pretty darn good. All the employees were very nice.

The hotel is in a great location. It’s at walking distance from eateries. Right behind the hotel to the right on the alley way is a great Mexican little trailer truck/restaurant. In the front of the hotel is a great chicken eatery, and across the street there is restaurants and the harbor walk. Night life there is great! Now to the rooms.. The beds are comfortable, clean, and spacious. You can’t beat the price for a good clean room. The pool area is great and the best part is that it’s next to the ice machine, washers & dryer, and vending machine. I definitely would stay there again.

Everything was nice , the staff, pool, location but we stayed a full week and the floors were dirty when we got there and they never mopped them the whole week we were there, I think they may have sweep them once,we had to wear our shoes in the rooms and wash our feet before we got in bed and some of the outlets need replaced , our chargers kept falling out, but still good people and location

This Staff defines southern hospitality; we had several unforeseeable events on this trip. This Staff went above and beyond to help us out, even going so far as to give us a ride to the baseball tournament my son would have missed playing. The rooms are perfect for a beach goers retreat or busy family; they are walking distance from the Harborwalk and the best restaurants. Room service leaves you alone but brings fresh towels every day. The pool was the perfect temp and never to crowded. We will be back because The Village Inn has everything you need at an affordable cost, leaving funds to enjoy all Destin has to offer.

Friendly staff, comfortable location and central. Bed was so comfy I stayed in more than I had anticipated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The room was very spacious. The beds were huge! I was really surprised at how clean and well put this motel was especially for the price that we paid. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast? Omg!
