The staff was incredible, especially during check in. Unfortunately the internet was not working for a couple of days. Additionally the air conditioning was terrible. It was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The hotel has a great location and staff, but we’ll probably explore other hotels next time.

Staff is great. Very rare to have all hotel staff to be very helpful and always with a smile. The room is specious and very clean. Breakfast food had variety of hot and cold options, everything was tasty. Special thanks to Charona who helped us at the front desk on arrival and to Tess who helped us on the departure. Both were tentative and with a smile. I loved this hotel as a package. I couldn’t fault it any part of my stay. I will definitely stay here again.
