Great food options at the restaurant and surrounding area. We had a very spacious room with enormous bathroom. He pool is great. The gym is just a closet but has enough equipment. The staff are amazing and the games room is a nice (free) option. We loved this city that isn’t as touristy as many places. We visited museums, PSV and had great food.

The location was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately our room was a disappointment. It was on the old side and on the first floor. There was a bad smell in our room and in fact down the whole hallway. The room had terrible lighting and being on the lowest floor with a small window looking over some mechanical item made it feel darker. It was not a room that you wanted to stay in to rest and relax in, and feel spoiled in! On a 19 day trip this is the only place we felt we did not get good value for the money spent and some places we stayed cost less by 60%! The staff were apologetic and appreciated my pointing out the terrible smell and the disrepair in the bathroom but that didn’t do much to make me feel better. I still spent too much money for the experience that I had.
