“The staff were brilliant during our stay, there was work being done at the stadium. It was made safe for people to get around and the electric vehicle to take people the car park was a good idea. The metro station was nearby and the staff were able to advise us on how to purchase tickets so we could visit Manchester.”

“Spotlessly clean rooms/ hotel , but noisy Aircon meant I didn't sleep well , even when switched off the fans still active. Breakfast included was fine , the check in staff on Arrival where terrible, unhelpful and argumentative and almost had me paying again for a room id already paid for.”

“El personal es muy amable y servicial ”

“Lovely hotel. Please put kettles back in the rooms.”

“Large room with plenty of space. Could do with a chair to place by the mirror. Carpet could do with a clean. Understand not having windows that open but a bit of fresh air would have been good. Bathroom adequate. No idea why the cleaners had to wash the floor one afternoon, when people around, with rather a large quantity of bleach which made the eyes sting!!! Breakfast was OK. Scrambled eggs looked as though they were powdered so didn’t try.”
