Location was perfect and staff lovely . Cleanliness needs improving ! Hairs in the shower and around the sink ( small black ones) what I hope was dried hand wash on the side of the sink and not dried sick. Washed off our selves with a wet wipe.

First-time stay and genuinely impressed. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and reasonably priced, which made the stay even more convenient. The location was ideal too—close to the tram and great shopping at the Trafford Centre . Overall, a fantastic experience and would happily return.
