Disappointed, hotel was recommended by a friend who had stayed previously, although the room was clean it was in shabby condition and not what was expected of this hotel in this location for that price.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, smells amazing when you walk in and the staff is incredible. I would stay here again.

The location is great.
The main issue is the size of the room - no matter what room you are going to have. 2 people max (feels like 30sq ft room) and you need to understand that the bathroom doesn't have really a door, so if this is a family trip or a date night - not really cool at all.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Roof top is great also, there is a bar/restaurant and amazing view.
Parking is 85$/per night (SUV) which is also insane but welcome to NY,
We found a parking within 5 min walking (there are multiple streets around that allow you to park after 6 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Hotel itself was clean and rooms were fresh.
