The in-house staff were brilliant and very helpful too with anything we needed, but I’m afraid the general up keep of the building and facilities in Room 1 (family size) were poor in places like broken fixtures and fittings etc, like the cracked toilet seat lid, the broken (and not working) shaving light and shaver power socket on the mirror in the bathroom...

“The staff were helpful and obliging and the breakfast had excellent choices that’s why I gave the Crooked Swan an overall review of excellent! A quirky but beautifully furnished room with an excellent shower. We shall return.”
