It would have been easier if I’d gotten the explanation in the mail. But the person I spoke to was really helpful and did her best to help me through it all. “Lots of parking, that was one of the good points. The lady I dealt with was pleasant enough. They don't open the kitchen on a Monday and they lock the pub up after the last booking arrived (about 7pm) and you are then left with no staff there. “I was very happy with my stay. I just feel they need to put a stronger fan in the room, as the rooms are upstairs and has a skylight window, which can't be opened and so the room gets extremely hot in there. The fan they have is not strong enough to keep the room cool, especially on extremely hot days. Otherwise the staff were excellent and the food is simply amazing.”
