“The Stay was very very Good, The room was of a good quality, it was very clean, and I was very pleased. The staff were very helpful, and happy to help.I stayed in the hotel with my disabled Son, and is very picky eater. But there was a good range of breakfast choose, and I was able to give him good breakfast, so it was good value. I one poor point was the parking, around the hotel, I did find a space, but I have to paid the Hotel £15 a night for parking, and I did not know this, until I booked...

“While there is nothing wrong with this hotel if you just want to sleep there, if you want food or drink find somewhere else. On Friday night they closed the bar at least half an hour early so we couldn’t get a drink, on Sunday they were short staffed so stopped serving food at 7pm so we had to eat crisps and nuts! The hotel is a long way from anywhere to nip and get food and drink, so please make sure you are suitably refreshed before coming back.”

“The hotel was wonderful. All of the staff without exception were friendly, pleasant, courteous and helpful. I loved the Yoga sessions thank you Franny, Caroline and Laura. The hotel is out of the way, which suited us fine but it is difficult to locate and if you want shops etc the Beach Club is not for you. The curtesy bus was extremely useful.”

“Staff & breakfast excellent. Room was very clean but it was very hot and the drains smelt at times. This severely impacted my sleep. My rating is purely based on that, suspect if i went when it was cooler it would be different. One easy thing to help would be for the windows to be opened fully.”

“The hotel is in a beautiful and restful setting. The staff could not have been more helpful. The restaurant food was brilliant. We enjoyed seeing the peacocks and other birds in the grounds.”

“Hotel does need some maintenance doing, our room had some damp in a patch in corner. flakey paint on wall in bathroom. At breakfast there was a bulb going in the main light which was flashing all the time we were having breakfast. Fire exit handle was broken in restaurant and fire extinguisher needs looking at. Food at breakfast was very nice 👍”

“Hotel needs updating in area's the room we had definitely needed new carpet and decorating,over all cleanliness ok staff pleasant and helpful. Disappointed outdoor pool closed all week, spa pool and gym nice,breakfast very good ,dining room pleasant, staff hardworking. Close to station and local buses.”
