Shower went from extreme cold to hot. Other than that, it was great. One of the best locations in NYC.

This place is amazing!! Attached to grand central station with easy bag check so you can be off and running. Very reasonable. Beautiful. Clean. Great little cafe on property. We’ve stayed a dozen times and never had a bad experience. Easy walk to everything!
