Great location!!! The elevators and our room were very small but when you’re spending most of your day in the city it works just fine. The attached restaurant was fantastic and we loved that they offered water, tea and coffee all day.

Our room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. We were very pleasantly surprised and happy. The location is close enough to walk to midtown easily if you’re heading to the theater, and super convenient to the subway if you’re heading further around the city. We would definitely recommend The Kixby and will stay there again on our next trip to NYC.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping was great and the room was always spotless with fresh towels. Front desk was super helpful and always willing to assist. Location was fantastic less than 100 m from a subway station Making it easy to get places. It was also very close to Macy’s!!!!

Hotel was in a great location to MTA station, 5th Ave and MSG. Hotel was very clean, staff was amazing. We had a 2 queen bedroom. Nice size for NYC. The biggest down fall was the size of the bathroom, it was the size of a powder room.

Great hotel, I would stay here again. Great staff, very clean. Cool rooftop with a bar. Only recommendation to the hotel would be to have a microwave, I know that’s not always standard at nicer hotels but it was the only amenity I felt was missing.
