“This a place that is trying to get the Brighton area up and revived. The area could be amazing . I hope some investors come revitalize this area so that small business owners can thrive. Bedroom was clean, and Bed was comfortable kitchen and bathrooms. Look to be newly remodeled the rest of the area as in communal areas are a bit outdated.”

“We enjoyed the fact that it was very peaceful once we were in our unit. The water pressure in the shower has a great water pressure. The towels were fluffy and absorbent. The drink caddy was topped up daily. The safety aspect of handrails for the stairs and along the balcony was also appreciated especially when it had been raining. The undercover parking was also appreciated by us. Thank you for making our first bit to the South Island an amazing experience. Kind regards to the C Motel...
