Great location 5 minutes walk to Te Kaha Stadium and 10 minutes walk to numerous bars and restaurants in the CBD. Also very good value. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The manager is a good guy as well.

Our stay was good we stayed 3 nights, Had our beds made one time and the second night they were not remade. The only other issue is 1 ply toilet paper. But the manager was lovely and it is in a great central location with parking. Great shower as well. Pretty happy with our stay. Our unit also had a stovetop.
