I loved the location of this property, the staff was very nice, and easy access to the subway. Having a CVS across the street was very convenient as well. I just wish they had a better selection of the continental breakfast and their happy hour bar prices are a little bit too high. However, it was still delicious. Please put in mini fridges.

The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!

Amazing hotel, staff make the whole experience, bar is great. Reception and concierge team are excellent, in particular Lauren who made check in a breeze. Gym and pool are excellent for a New York hotel.

The property was absolutely beautiful- so well decorated! The staff was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but also very kind. If you’re looking for a beautiful luxury property, definitely don’t sleep on this one!

Nice Hotel for our weekend trip. Close to many things, walking distance to NY highlights. Friendly and helpful staff. It's an older property and it shows, but if you are looking for a cute place for reasonable price, I recommend. Only thing I wish was shared with me when I checked in was that the rooftop area was under construction. We were disappointed after planning to spend the evening seeing the city lights talked about in their add and the area was closed.

Windows are thin in bedrooms and heard sirens and other all night. Needs upgrade.
