“Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal. ”

Was disappointed the outdoor pool was not in use anymore as that's advertised on Expedia and it was late July, the indoor pool facilities is somewhat tired too, would have enjoyed relaxing around the pool and reading my book, but overall, very good, food was also very good.”

“El hotel es muy bonito y el desayuno incluido muy bueno, te permiten elegir desayunoncaliente de la carta! Arundel es muy bonito pero no hay mucho que hacer, nosotros nos quedamos una noche y creo que es suficiente. El personal del hotel muy amable. Solo tuvimos un pequeño detalle: la puerta de nuestra recamara no funcionaba bien, costaba un poco de trabajo avrirla e incluso cerrarla. Todo lo demas estuvo super bien.”

Ate at Farmer Butcher Chef and was disappointed with the quality of the food. Overall given the prices they charge at the hotel and restaurant it was not great. Chosen for the convenience of being on site for the Goodwood event we attended but we would likely not stay there again.”
