“Excellent staff, everybody is so friendly. The restaurants, the pools and the beach are nice. The rooms are spacious. I did not gave 5 stars because my room had a leak from the ceiling and they did not bother to move me to another room. Also, the decoration and the furniture inside my room were pretty old style.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful, the property needs to be painted, the pool was full of leaves, the room had no Kettle, not even a little fridge, no hand soap, no small shower gel, The front desk could not even find them at times. In the advertising the room it mentions breakfast included this was not the case and i am very much upset about this fall advertising. ”

“ The room was clean and modern and very comfortable but my favorite was the bed. It was super comfortable; so much so that it felt like I was sleeping on air. The staff were also super helpful. The shuttle was an added bonus. I did not take the shuttle to the hotel and our taxi driver got lost. So make sure you let the hotel know your arrival details so that the shuttle would be available. ”

“Nos encantó el hotel. Aún no está al 100% de su capacidad pero cuando lo terminen y terminen de afinar estará súper. Aún tienen que mejorar las horas de limpieza del cuarto, hay que hacerle seguimiento. La atención en recepción, restaurante y piscina súper. En la playa aún no hay un bar, pero hay una persona que te brinda agua y bebidas gaseosas. Todos en general muy amables.”

“Very beautiful resort with really good food. The resort is actually impeccably clean. The rooms are gorgeous. The staff was extremely attentive. Just be careful when booking. I booked for 2 and noticed day before departure that the booking had somehow changed to a booking for 1 person, but at the same price for two! It was a little horrific as I had to pay considerably more upon arrival! Significantly more. Now I have a small claims court date to contend with. Very unfortunate. But the resort...

“Beautiful room. Beautiful ocean view from the veranda of our room. Air conditioner was quiet. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Located on H7 and bus stops close. Supermarket 1 km away which was great with the kitchenette in the room. Plan to stay here again.”
