The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The food options were more Americanized than authentic bajan food like we hoped. The outside of the property needs to be cleaned. You can see the rust/dirt on the building which doesn't look nice in pictures. This was a smaller property, so there wasn't much to do if you like to party. It's far from everything and more for relaxing. Overall, the property was really nice.

The property is beautiful, but it’s already showing some wear and tear and didn’t really give an all-inclusive feel. Our room rug was dirty, towels weren’t replaced daily, and I had to call three times for toilet paper because housekeeping never showed up that night. Several amenities were limited because it was the “off season.” Most restaurants require reservations, so if you don’t have one, your food options are pretty limited. Room service also costs extra. The walkways are very slippery, so be careful. The resort is about 30–40 minutes from most attractions, but they do offer a free shuttle to certain places on select days, which was nice. Overall, it’s a pretty resort with friendly staff, but the service and overall experience didn’t quite live up to what we expected from an all-inclusive.

I have been to many resorts and this is the first time i have had issues with my stay. The lack of dining options, lack of staff enthusiasm to assist and be informative and the lack of entertainment options was shocking. All inclusive's tend to have all night options for the previously stated. We also tried to book an excursion and the "coms" were down making it really difficult to get it done. ATM didn't dispense cash and there was no push from the staff for work arounds. The drinks were glorified juice, within days of our stay the resort was running out of everything, mixers, wine etc. While speaking with other guests they have the same perspective. I will also add if you want to be around options, this is not your location. Its far from the southern activity and will result in high transportation costs. The beach for this beachfront is not accessible. Im really an easy traveler...small changes would have made the stay a lot better.
