Location-wise it is well situated for access to the surrounding towns, particularly Hereford, though one should note that it sits right on the main road and this does lead to quite some road noise until late at night and from early in the morning. “Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.”

“El hotel hotel en general bastante bien, llegue ya de noche y aparqué el coche en una plazas que hay justo al lado del hotel. La habitación pequeña pero suficiente. El bar y comedor eran bastante bonitos. El desayuno bien, pero eche en falta una un poco interacción para entendernos (hablo muy poco inglés).”

“Es un hotel sencillo en Gales, tiene un restaurante - pub bueno, cuarto amplio y bien iluminado y un parqueadero comodo para el carro. No hay mucho que hacer alrededor si no tienes carro. Queda mas o menos a 1 km del pueblo, en la noche el camino es muy oscuro. En general una buena estadía, el personal mas preocupado por el pub que por el hotel, pero de resto bien.”
