“Absolute disgrace of a place. Myself, my mum and my two children booked here for two nights. The fold out bed was apparently for two people. There’s no way. There was a single duvet on it and only one clean towel on top (three towels in total for 4 guests), so even the staff are aware that it cannot sleep 2 persons. “This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening. “A genuinely lovely stay! Hosts were superb. Breakfast cooked to order and arrived hot, everything tasted good. Extra treat to have fresh fruit and yoghurt. Very spacious garden flat styled in relaxed elegance with everything you could reasonably need for a short stay. We stayed 3 nights and were very happy. “Clean spacious room, looks nice, there was a little “kitchen” and fridge with milk/ cerials to use. Location at Prom was nice being in the center of town. Not so nice; room at 3rd floor with no elevator and heavy bags. We hoped for a nice view on the Prom, but for that you had to stand up at the window to look down from this attic room. After 8am no longer free parking so you need to set the alarm and go down to pay before breakfast.”

“Our stay was ok. Delicious breakfast. Great location but we have a couple gripes; the noise from the restaurant cleanup once that closed. It’s easy to forget guests may be trying to get sleep when the restaurant crew are trying to cleanup and get home. Just was a little noisy. The bigger issue was the neighbors automatic lights kept going on and off all night lighting our room up off and on all night. That should to be addressed somehow by the owners of this B&B.”
