“The hotel is not in Oxford, is actually 30 minutes drive from the actual city and just a few rooms have air conditioning. If you plan to come during summer, the rooms are quite hot.”

“We had to change rooms because of a blocked shower drain, which would not have been a problem, however, the room we were being moved to had to be cleaned by the house keeping team and there was a lack of communication in getting the this expedited as quickly as possible. Eventually it was down to me to talk with the cleaning team to get this room cleaned which was very frustrating and used up a lot of time on a three day break. “Not sure where the rating comes from but not my idea of a 4 star hotel ! Whilst the size of the room was very generous , no bottled water or enough toiletries for 2 people . The Spa was not particularly clean , a cold Jacuzzi with many missing tiles . Treatment seemed to be cut short of the 25 mins paid for . Afternoon tea was a huge disappointment , again the area looked liked it needed a good clean ! Disappointing that this was due to be a weekend with family at didnt quite turn out as...

“Estuvimos 5 noches en UK y este fue el mejor hotel. Con WIFI gratis en todo el establecimiento incluida habitación. El sitio rural encantador. El hotel precioso y muy típico. Y la cimid ay los presiones muy, muy buenos. Y lo mejor de todo el desayuno EXCEPCIONAL, buffet muy muy bueno, y un plato caliente con bebida caliente, bien cocinado, bien servido, con los mejores productos. Lo recomendaría 100%”
