“The location is good,and the service is excellent,but the bathroom needs a new water tap and washing basin they are completely unusable,the hotel management should changing this immediately , breakfast is also unacceptable”

“Booked an apartment with two single beds, we had one double. No towels in the bathroom, which was absolutely filthy with smelly drains and poo stains in the toilet. The kitchen area was also filthy with just one plate and one knife and no other plates or utensils. The cupboard underneath the sink was broken and in a massive state of disrepair. The apartment was serviced once during a 5 night stay with only one of the two bins emptied. I would not stay here again!”
