“In the disabled room, room 7, the net curtain was badly torn, there were holes in the walls at the door. The grouting in the bathroom floor was dreadful and dirty. Mattresses were awful, lumpy, extremely uncomfortable and are only fit for the bin! Couldn't have a meal on the Saturday evening, only offered a toasted sandwich and it was only 6pm!
