“Sadly, a good experience during the stay became uncomfortable when they accused me of damaging the kettle in my room, they accused me of having used it with milk, which is incorrect and I categorically deny it, I used the kettle properly with water for coffee and tea, on the other hand, they found milk in a cup because I ate cereal but with cold milk, at no time did I use the kettle to heat milk. “A very beautiful hotel and very clean everything. The beds are very confortable and the showers Works perfectly. The personal of the hotel are very kindly and they helped us in everything we needed. My martes adm I recomend totaly this hotel. We will repeat if we go again to visit London because is very closed to Gatwick airport and next to the train station to go to London bridge station in only 40 minutes.”
