The rooms were lovely and clean and well presented. The breakfast room was light and airy and food was lovely. The grounds were well kept. A picturesque setting. The only downside was the bar was not manned and you had to wait for reception staff to call upon someone to come and serve you. The staff were all polite, helpful and friendly.

What a delightful place to stay, to be honest it wasn't my first choice of accommodation in the area, but it will certainly be my "Go To" in the future. The property is magnificent, an absolutely beautiful property with modern rooms with everything you would expect to find in a hotel of this pedigree. Turning to the staff, they are genuinely friendly and helpful in solving any queries which arise (I only had two things that I need clarifying and those were answered effortlessly and with an authentic smile). Food is also a delight, breakfast is fit for a king, with a great selection of continental brekkie items (the overnight oat pots are fantastic and then there is a A La Carte choices which are delicious, and they are flexible if you wish to modify some of the offerings. All in all, a lovely place to stay and I will be back. Thank you to all the staff who I interacted with, from Receptionist Staff, Housekeeping and of course the restaurant staff, all were knowledgeable and friendly to the nth degree.

We stayed at Woodlands Park Hotel while visiting Chessington World of Adventures and had such a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful area and feels peaceful and relaxing, while still being really convenient for Chessington. We stayed in the Queen’s Chambers, which was a gorgeous room — spacious, comfortable and full of character. It made the stay feel that little bit more special. We also ordered breakfast through room service, which was absolutely delicious and a lovely way to start the day. The surrounding area is really charming too, and The Old Plough nearby is a lovely traditional pub that does a wonderful Sunday lunch. It was a really nice addition to the stay and made the whole area feel even more special. We were also really impressed with the price. For the quality of the hotel, the room, the food and the beautiful surroundings, we thought it was excellent value for money. A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting and somewhere we would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

A beautiful grand hotel with very welcoming staff, manager, reception and bar staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed in a dog friendly room, the bed was super comfortable with views countryside views. Breakfast was delivered to our room and fresh and delicious. The grounds around the hotel are stunning. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
