The bathroom could use a good cleaning. The white baseboards were very dirty, the shower curtain should be replaced. The air conditioning in our room was not consistent, every day at 11:00 and 3:00 the AC automatically turned off. If you were in your room at that time you’d have to reset the AC from the AC temperature control panel however the air did not come out strong enough so we’d have to call the front desk and ask them to reset the AC since they had the master control over the AC. The hotel needs a renovation. The breakfast was good and dinner was very good.

I would like to say that the Duty Manager Louis was one of the most helpful members staff I have met recently and went beyond his duty to accommodate my needs. He is an asset to the hotel. The hotel is ideally situated in the town with great restaurants not far and walkable to all shops and pubs.

We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived, all the staff were very friendly, room very clean, breakfast very good. Hotel was in walking distance to the main street and the theatre we visited. On ly stayed one night but very pleased with everything.
