“Our stay here was amazing. From the minute we walked in and were offered champagne to when we left. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is stunning and there’s lots to do. Loved the beach and the two different pools. Would come back here every year if we could! Only comment is our back door to our room, and side door didn’t lock which was strange, and the ceiling fan/air con needed a service so it didn’t squeak all night. ”

“The service is extraordinary, every single person is willing to help at any time. You must take the all-inclusive package, otherwise, it is very expensive. The tours have to be organized on time because they don’t offer all of them all the days of the week. As soon as you arrive make your reservations for the restaurants to get a spot. “Very bad hotel don’t stay here! For the price we pay you can get a much better one! All the staff were very unfriendly. The room was extremely noisy and low quality and in the back of the hotel, with view to the traffic jam, it was like you had no door and had the cars and motos inside the room! There were never beach towels available! ”
