"Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend."

"The owners were happy to answer all our questions by email before our arrival. The pool was very nice but know that it has no shallow end. The pool table and air hockey table were nice additions, especially if it happens to rain while you are there. The owners know a great taxi driver if you don't have transportation and want to go into town. It was so much quieter and more relaxing staying there than staying in a downtown hotel as I've done in the past. I will definitely be staying here again...

"There are two good things about this hotel: location and hot water. The hotel is located in a good and safe location in Tupiza, and about 5-minute walking from the central bus station. It is an old hotel and inside some rooms you can smell sewage odor; however, it does have hot water in the bathroom. You can find better hotels in Tupiza with price that I paid for this hotel."
