The hotel is only one block away from our tour operator’s office. It was very convenient to access and is very clean. The staff were very friendly and helped us on taxi reservation for early morning next day. It was too early to have breakfast before our taxi pick up time but the staff who was preparing breakfast helped us with some bread and juice. We’re really thankful for that. However the curtain in the room was not wide enough to block the light from the window to the hallway. And the

I made a mistake! We booked a classic room, (about $135usd) and it had no window and no air conditioning. I asked for a fan, but they don’t have any. The stair and hallway have motion sensor lights, and many people leave early in the morning for salt flats, so between 430 and 5am, every time someone passed our room, the hallway lights went on. The windows to the hallway, don’t have very good blinds and it lit up the room each time. On all the previous hotel states, they offered two bottles of complementary water. But they only had water for sale in the fridge. The bed was comfortable, but I did not sleep well, given how hot the room was. It was cold outside, but no ventilation to the room. The property does not have an elevator, but the staff will help carry the bags up the stairs. We arrived later in the evening so we had dinner at the hotel. The food was OK, but it took over an hour to get our burger and chicken. The breakfast was fine, and the staff were very good and polite. If you like to sleep in a cool room, I cannot recommend booking a classic room in this hotel.

The room is small and minimal. No chair, just a bed. Small bathroom and small shower. We stayed two nights and received zero housekeeping visits. We got some toilet paper and towels from the front desk. The breakfast food was okay. The two young men working in the restaurant were unhelpful. We were happy to check out.

La habitacion limpia, calefaccion solo la encienden por la noche, el agua de la ducha tardaba en salir pero una vez que salia, era bastante caliente. La habitacion que me ha tocado le entra mucha luz, lo que ha ocasionado que me despierte, les pedi que si podian apagarla pero lastimosamente no podian hacerlo. El desayuno muy simple pero la recepcionista Thalia muy profesional y atenta.
