"The excellent staff and service is what sets this hotel apart. The masala dosa in the morning is a highlight. Unfortunately, the rooms are showing their age and upgrades are needed. I have stayed at the hotel 4 times now. There was no hot water and the toilet would take 1 hour to refill the tank after flushing. Hopefully a renovation is in the works. "

"Great hotel near the falls with charming staff and comfortable rooms. The gardens abound with animals (zebra by the pool) and it’s just next to the falls entrance. They provide free shuttkes to the Royal Livingsone hotel so easy to go there for dinner."
