Hotel with a Concierge in Zambales

"The property had just opened which influences all of our experiences. They took a while to find our Expedia reservation, our room had a foul smell, the shower drains were clogged and almost flooded our rooms. The room designs are strange with partial bathroom doors. Staff were very kind, responsive, and accommodating."

"Lots of trash and debris all over the entire premises. Needs landscaping bad! Uneven walkways and unsafe pavements. Needs a lot of help improving the place. Good location though "
