I simply asked her to check if my room rate was settled or not, as I was not sure if I had paid for the room rate before arrival or not. "Hello, we stayed in room 3 at Ashanti guest house 1. Room was clean and comfy. Staff were super helpful. Some things we had issues with. The wifi was spotty. The room lights were difficult to turn off as the light switch seemed broken or malfunctioning. S Bathroom door was very loud and not enough privacy.
