Excellent rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast spread was awesome. We stayed for 4 nights and that was the most memorable part of our stay. The check-in, check-out process was so easy. The property is well situated, minutes from V& A waterfront, extremely safe neighborhood and plenty of ubers available anytime of the day. All the tours and travel company for day trips were able to pick us and drop us at the hotel since it's well situated. Highly recommend this place for modest budget but great stay and quality service.

Hotel is a historic building, dining area is very unique. Breakfast was great. Had dinner and it to was enjoyable. Good location, good value, room was good. Wanted a King size bed at good price with breakfast and this hotel fit the criteria.

The hotel is nicely situated on the waterfront which is quite convenient to go out at night. The staff are really kind and welcoming and they allowed us to leave our luggage with them earlier than check-in. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was that the room was not really soundproof and therefore we could hear our neighbors at night.
