"The place was closed and looks like it has been for quite sometime. The outside was run down and litter all over. We drove 5 hours to get there and even had a confirmation number from hotel. Com. Very disappointed!!!!!!"

"This is a great boutique hotel in a cool part of Richmond. It’s the downtown art area, only comment is that some of the common parts look a little run down. The carpets outside the lifts are very run down and grubby but overall the hotel is terrific. The roof top bar is wonderful as is the restaurant in the lobby. "
