"The rooms were clean and there was a nice breakfast set-up. However, the first night the temperature was in the 30's/low 40's outside and the heat didn't work. Initially the desk person tried to convince us that 1) we hadn't turned the unit on, then 2) we hadn't let it run long enough for it to heat up.
