"We had a great time in"

"The entire place was so serene and calm. Lots of enjoyable activities and the food was fabulous. The staff were very thoughtful, professional, and kind. Very family oriented."

"Great service by staff "

"Lovely property and a very relaxing environment. Rooms well appointed and the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The site had a very nice shop for practical items, as well as gifts. Location is right on the lake and near the local attractions. Room and package description could have been clearer, as well as more clarity on check-in time restrictions. Despite trying to contact the property well in advance of my stay - I only heard back from them on the day of arrival. Better communication...

"受入れ時の対応が全くよくない！やる気があるのか、無いのか？"

"Room was nice and spacious with a great view of the mountains and river. Breakfast was quite filling. Location is convenient and close to the bus stop."
