Hotel with a Concierge in Terengganu

"Kawasan dah ok. Tp mood bercuti dgn anak2 jadi tak best bile kene tunggu lame pekerja resort cuci kolam hari check out tu.. anak2 tak sabar nk mandi tp kene tunggu lama.. kenapa tak cuci seawal pagi lg.. kesian anak2 bercuti nk seronok kalo tak boleh gune kolam lebih baik kami booking resort atau hotel yg ta ade kolam je.."

"Ualmindelig meget støj fra vejen. Det føles som om bilerne kører på værelset. Aircondition= meget støjende og ikke særlig velfungerende. Maden ok."

"This is a good family hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good coffee machine. Eggs are prepared by request. The hotel is on the beach great for walks. The pool is very nice. The rooms are a bit worn. Carpet and chair reflects this condition. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the mall which seems fairly new with restaurants. The hotel also offers major currency exchanges. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and experience. "

"My 4th time staying at this hotel for the past 18 months. All for work purpose. In Kerteh, I would say this is the best hotel you can stay. But if compared to any hotel in KL , this is just decent hotel. Plus point are this hotel have a nice beach and swimming pool. AND I don't understand why your management decide to no longer offer bed with breakfast. Breakfast is by walk-in customer only now. For business travelers, this sucks because we could not claim a separate bill of breakfast and...
