Hotel with wifi in Shaanxi

"Overall disappointing. The WiFi was the worst I’ve had in China. The room was very old fashioned. There was no shower curtain and the towels were very old and ripped. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. On our first night there was no hot water until 9.30pm which was very inconvenient as we weren’t pre warned, although we were given a complimentary breakfast when we complained. Finally the driver arranged by the hotel to bring us to the airport was terrifying, driving c140km per hour...

"房間與原先訂的不符,原本訂了大床房,卻給了雙床房,要經一輪理論及給予原先訂的房間資料,才不願意地更换,但換了一間三人房(,一張大床及一張單人床)。但房間原先綱上的尺寸是22坪,但到埗後所有房間約得13至15坪左右,但给我的房間是有兩張床(ㄧ大,ㄧ細),令房間更加感覺無空間。房間設備非常簡單,三條浴巾,一部電視,ㄧ個電水壺。只住了二天。退房時無問原因,只説餘下三天的住宿费不會退回。服務員態度非常不禮貌。甚麽都與她無關。是綱站騙了我們。令人氣憤。"

"All the staff were very helpful and friendly to me, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff. I am very grateful to them. The room was exactly what I wanted and comfortable. The location was near to several famous places in the city: the Bell and Drum Towers, the city walls and southern gatehouse, Huimin Jie. And the price was great!"
